How do I create a video?
Download the app and use the Create tab. Enter your child's name, age, and wishlist, then follow the simple steps to generate your personalized Santa video.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile > Manage Subscription in the app, or manage your subscription directly through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
How long until I get my video?
Videos are typically ready within minutes of completing your order. You'll receive a notification when your video is ready to view.
Can I edit my video after it's created?
Once a video is generated, it cannot be edited. However, you can create a new video with updated information at any time.
What if I'm not satisfied with my video?
We offer a 180-day happiness guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked.
